The short version
We collect only what we need to sell you the course and let you into the buyer hub. We don't sell your info. We don't send marketing emails or use tracking/ad pixels right now.
1. What we collect
- At checkout (through Lemon Squeezy): your name, email, billing details, and order info. Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record and handles your payment. We never see or store your full card number.
- At the buyer hub: the email you type in to get access, so we can check it matches a purchase.
- When you email us: whatever you choose to send to consultant@sbautopilot.com.
- Basic technical data: like any website, our hosting provider may automatically log things like IP address, browser type, and time of visit for security and to keep the site running.
2. How we use it
- To process your order and give you access.
- To confirm you're a buyer when you open the hub.
- To answer support questions and handle refunds or disputes.
- To protect against fraud or misuse and follow the law.
3. What we don't do (right now)
- No email marketing. We don't add you to a newsletter or marketing list.
- No analytics or ad tracking. We don't use Google Analytics, Facebook/Meta pixels, or similar tools.
- We don't sell or rent your personal info.
If this changes, we'll update this policy (and the "Last updated" date) before we start.
4. Who helps us (service providers)
We share info only with the services that run the product: - Lemon Squeezy — checkout, payment, receipts, taxes (their privacy policy applies to what they collect). - Google (Apps Script) — checks your hub email against the buyer list. - Cloudflare (Pages) — hosts the buyer hub website. - Our email provider — for support emails.
We may also share info if the law requires it, to protect our rights, or if the business is sold or transferred.
5. How long we keep it
We keep order and access info as long as we offer the product and you have access, plus as long as needed for taxes, accounting, refunds, or legal reasons.
6. Security
We use reputable providers and limit who can see buyer info. No system is 100% secure, so we can't guarantee it.
7. Your choices
Email consultant@sbautopilot.com to ask what info we have about you, fix it, or delete it. We may need to keep some records (like purchase records) where the law requires. Depending on your state, you may have extra privacy rights; we'll honor them as required.
8. Kids
This product is for business owners and their employees. It's not meant for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect info from children under 13.
9. Where your info is
We're based in the US and our providers may process data in the US or elsewhere.
10. Changes
We'll post any changes here and update the date above. Big changes (like adding marketing email or analytics) will be posted before they take effect.
