Terms of Service — SmallBiz Autopilot

Last updated: November 1, 2026

Welcome! These Terms are the agreement between you and SbAutopilot ("SbAutopilot," "SmallBiz Autopilot," "we," "us"). They cover our website sbautopilot.com, our buyer hub, and our products, including AI Made Simple for Contractors. We wrote them in plain English. Please read them — by buying or using our products, you agree to them.

1. Who can buy

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. Our products are mainly for business owners and contractors buying for business use.

2. What you're buying

AI Made Simple for Contractors ($247, one-time, unless the checkout page says otherwise) includes: - Video course (watch at your own pace) - Prompt Library - Contractor AI Toolkit - Your Own Playbook — Personalized to Your Business - Website Builder Wizard

This is a digital, educational product. Nothing physical ships. We may update, improve, reorganize, or replace content over time. If we remove a major part of the package, we'll offer a reasonable replacement or substitute.

3. The Playbook is a guide — not a done-for-you service

The Playbook gives you step-by-step guidance adapted to your business. You carry out the steps. We do not build, install, run, or deliver a finished business system, website, marketing campaign, or result for you. One-on-one coaching, consulting, or setup services are not included unless we agree to them separately in writing.

4. Payment

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the seller/merchant of record for the transaction. Lemon Squeezy's own terms and privacy policy also apply to checkout, taxes, and receipts. Prices are in US dollars and may change for future purchases — a price change won't affect what you already paid.

5. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms. In short: because this is a digital product, there are no refunds once access is opened — meaning once you've entered your checkout email to open the buyer hub. If you haven't opened access, you can ask for a refund within 3 days after purchase. If something is wrong with your purchase (for example, a duplicate charge or you can't get in), email consultant@sbautopilot.com and we'll help. Nothing here limits any refund right you have under law that can't be waived.

Please contact us before filing a chargeback — most problems can be fixed by email. If you file a chargeback, we may suspend your access while it's resolved.

6. Access and your account

7. What you can and can't do with the materials

You can: watch the videos, use the prompts, follow the Playbook, and use what you create with them (your estimates, emails, website text, etc.) in your own business. What you create is yours.

You can't: copy, resell, re-publish, re-brand, share publicly, teach as your own course, or use our materials to build a competing product.

All course content, prompts, toolkit materials, templates, branding, and the SmallBiz Autopilot name belong to us (or our licensors) and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Buying gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use them — not ownership.

8. AI tools and third-party services

Our products teach you to use AI tools and other third-party services (AI chat tools, website builders, hosting, domains, etc.). Those are owned by other companies. - You need your own accounts, and you pay their fees. - You must follow their terms and rules. - They can change or stop features at any time; we're not responsible for them. - Be careful putting customer personal info into AI tools.

9. AI output — check it before you use it

AI can be wrong, outdated, or make things up. You are responsible for reviewing and checking anything AI produces before you rely on it or send it to a customer — including bids, estimates, contracts, permits, safety info, ads, and website content.

10. Education only — not professional advice

Our content is for education. It is not legal, tax, accounting, insurance, engineering, safety, licensing, or financial advice. Follow building codes, permit rules, licensing laws (including Florida DBPR rules if you're in Florida), and advertising laws that apply to you. Talk to a licensed professional for those questions.

11. No guaranteed results

We don't promise you'll get more jobs, save a set number of hours, or earn more money. Examples and testimonials are examples, not promises. Your results depend on you, your market, and things outside our control.

12. Your responsibilities

You agree to: give accurate info at checkout; use the products legally; not upload or create anything illegal, misleading, or infringing using our tools; and be responsible for your own website, business, customers, and contracts.

13. Disclaimer of warranties

Our products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't promise the hub will always be online or error-free.

14. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law: - We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost jobs, lost data, or business interruption — or for anything caused by AI output or third-party tools. - Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product in the 12 months before the claim. Some laws don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

15. Indemnity

If someone makes a claim against us because of how you used our products, AI output, your website, or your business (for example, a customer dispute or an ad complaint), you agree to cover our reasonable costs and losses from that claim.

16. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect (like your checkout email) and how we use it. It's part of these Terms.

17. Disputes — let's talk first

If you have a problem with our products or these Terms, you agree to email us first at consultant@sbautopilot.com and describe the issue. We'll both try in good faith to resolve it within 30 days of your email. Most issues can be fixed this way.

If email doesn't resolve it: If we can't resolve the dispute within 30 days after you first email consultant@sbautopilot.com, then either of us may bring the claim only in the state or federal courts located in Pasco County, Florida, and you and we agree to those courts' exclusive jurisdiction and venue. Claims are brought individually.

18. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable US federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

19. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We'll post the new version with a new "Last updated" date, and for material changes we'll email buyers. Changes don't apply to purchases or disputes that happened before the change.
